CX Lead + Account Manager

Washington DC Area

Our CX Lead + Account Manager position is a hybrid role in strategy + customer success that will help our customers get the most from Bright's immersive learning platform and operating model. We are looking for early hires interested in joining a fast-growing software company. We're establishing a culture that balances innovation/performance, and family life - those things don't have to be at odds! We are passionate about helping our customers re-imagine learning, while growing their business in the process!
 

How You'll Spend Your Day:

  • Advising new customers through the development of an immersive learning strategy, and the adoption of the Bright platform

  • Building strong relationships with customers 

  • Helping write and build simulation content in the Platform for new customers

  • Partnering with production partners in simulation content build 

  • Travel: Up to 20% depending on demand; would be for targeted visits during key customer milestones (not the Monday-Thursday consulting travel model!)
     

Qualifications:

  • 7-10+ years experience managing customers (preferably in a B2B software company)

  • In love with the ambiguity that a startup environment brings; while we have a plan, we welcome those can help shape the future as well

  • Strong experience in human capital or learning setting

  • Substantial executive presence and confidence in stakeholder management
