VP of Sales + Partnerships

Bright's VP of Sales + Partnership position is an essential leadership role that will help drive topline for our growing company. We are looking for early hires interested in joining a fast-growing software company. We're establishing a culture that balances innovation/performance, and family life - those things don't have to be at odds! How You'll Spend Your Day:

  • Leading and envisioning our growing Sales + Marketing team, including driving all hiring activities

  • Ultimate responsibility for our sales pipeline and all funnel activities

  • Working with leadership to assess new market opportunities and planning/positioning for focus verticals

  • Partnering with C-Suite executives and Learning Leaders in the contracting, pricing + negotiation of Bright contracts

  • Identifying partnership + revenue sharing opportunities with go-to-market partners and complementary capabilities - you'll be the main driver of these relationships
     

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience managing large-scale B2B SaaS sales portfolios

  • Track record of sales achievement in multi-month/year sales cycle settings

  • Ideally will have sales experience in a startup setting
