Chief of Staff
North Bethesda + Remote
The Chief of Staff role at Bright is simple to explain: you make sure our operations, people processes, and strong culture power our success. Says easy…does hard. In this role you wear a few hats. You report to the CEO of Bright and lead the strategic planning process for our leadership team so we’re super clear on the most important things to tackle. You shape our people programs and processes (for ex: hiring, onboarding, performance management, communications, handbooks, etc) that build an amazing crew of Bright associates who are pumped to disrupt the stodgy L+D platform industry. You manage strategic projects and programs that grow and scale our business. And you are like the connective tissue between the leadership team, jumping in to build policies, processes, manage change and prop up other infrastructure where none existed previously.
