Director of Operations + Quality

Bright is pioneering the use of AI and simulations in corporate L&D. With that mission comes high standards for performance, ease of use, latency, and accuracy. The Director of Quality will play a critical role in delivering on that mission to Bright's global user base. We are looking for the next wave of hires interested in joining a fast-growing software company. How You'll Spend Your Day:

Partnering with our VP of Engineering + Product Leader to shape Bright's AI product suite

Updating + enhancing our end-to-end testing approach

Ensuring proper documentation + testing of all features prior release

Working closely with our engineering team to prepare for + effectively communicate all releases

Working closely with our CX team to manage customer tickets + identify opportunities for enhanced user experiences

Taking on other special projects assigned by the CEO / Founder

Travel: Up to 20% depending on demand; would be for targeted visits during key customer milestones (not the Monday-Thursday consulting travel model!)
Qualifications:

7-10 years experience managing or supporting an AI digital product (preferably in a B2B software company)

Strong knowledge of product quality + testing processes and best practices

Extreme attention to detail + organization to manage a complex AI-powered digital product

Easy to work with - you'll be a lynchpin between CX, Product, + Dev, so the 'no assholes' rule applies

Compensation + Benefits:

$140k - $170k base

10 - 30% annual performance bonus eligibility
