How You'll Spend Your Day:

​

• Partnering with our VP of Engineering + Product Leader to scope + refine requirements for new features

• Developing new digital products in the areas of AI conversation, chat, and software simulations 

• Working with CX to triage and address customers tickets and inquiries

• Partnering with our global developer team on Bright's broader product pipeline
   

Qualifications:

​

• 7-10 years software development experience (education technology a plus)

• Significant experience in Node.JS + React code bases    

• Experience working in the AWS ecosystem

• Some experience with AI/NLP product features (Python or LLM experience a plus)

• In love with the ambiguity that a startup environment brings; while we have a plan, we welcome those can help shape the future as well

Compensation + Benefits:

• $90k - $120k base

• 10 - 20% annual performance bonus eligibility
