A Bright Academy Excerpt on Learning Economics

Updated: Aug 31, 2023

One of our passions at Bright is enabling our customers to wield the latest AI and simulation tools to invest in their teams. That's why earlier this year we launched an experience called 'Bright Academy' through which we use our own platform to certify customer admins on Bright. The experience includes over 10 hours of digital lessons coupled with practice exercises to build conversation, soft skill, decision-making, and software simulations, and much more. While 'how to click the buttons' and use the system is obviously covered, as an emerging leader in immersive learning, we've discovered that there are a number of tangential L&D leadership skills that are important to cover as well to ensure our customers get the most from our offering, including:

  • How to develop a holistic learning strategy that utilizes immersive learning methods alongside other traditional training methods

  • Different types of conversational AI + their pros/cons when developing AI coaching and simulations

  • Using A/B tests to help show the ROI of learning and continuously improve your simulation programs

Another example of one of these broader L&D leadership lessons is featured below. Check out our CEO + Founder, Rob Wright, as he provides guidance on how to think through Learning Economics. Prior to founding Bright, Rob led global learning programs in Fortune 200 settings that engaged 1M+ learners a year in over 100 countries and 12+ languages. Enjoy the Bright Academy sneak peek!
