Zenarate Acquires Bright!
Today we're thrilled to announce that Zenarate has completed its acquisition of Bright Software, Inc. Over the last 5 years, Bright has been an award-winning pioneer in the immersive learning + LXP space, helping customers such as TruGreen, Walgreens, Costco, Aetna, and many more reduce costs, grow performance, and prove the ROI of learning. We're thrilled for our customer base + partner network + amazing team to now join Zenarate!
While in some respects Zenarate and Bright have been competitors, both companies took unique, complementary approaches to AI simulation, software simulation, and coaching. Together, we will offer the world's most robust suite of immersive learning, AI simulation, LXP, and performance enablement experiences.
This acquisition accelerates Zenarate's journey to Illuminate New Possibilities in the World of Work. Over the last few years, supporting hundreds of customers and millions of learners, we have been in a unique position to see how global enterprises are investing in their people + AI. Those insights inspire the path ahead.
First, Zenarate can now offer a more holistic Learning Platform that makes it faster + easier than ever to build AI-powered simulations, while also integrating traditional learning features. The platform offers a solution that lets customers deliver education + practice + certification in a single platform, instead of the 3-4 typically required in the market today.
Second, Zenarate already has a powerful Conversation Analytics product that delivers automated QA + employee development plans powered by AI. Combining this capability with simulation strengthens the link between Learning and Operations.
In the future, it will be possible for our platform to create a meaningful employee experience that: assesses agent skills + fit before hire -> onboards + builds proficiency in the fastest way possible -> offers AI or search-based knowledge support -> assesses skills live on the floor -> automatically provides coach guidance + development plans.
We've seen many enterprises trying to cobble together an ecosystem that can do this, but at great cost and with disparate, unrelated AI models.
