Simulation and AI/NLP Specialist

Washington DC Area OR Remote

Over the last 2 years we've developed a really unique and powerful way for companies to train and invest in their people. As the company grows, we need more customer success team members who can focus on the software simulation and AI-powered coaching element of our platform. This includes both building simulations and AI-powered moments, but more importantly advising customers on how they can do this for themselves. We are looking for early hires interested in joining a fast-growing software company. We're establishing a culture that balances innovation/performance, and family life - those things don't have to be at odds! How You'll Spend Your Day:

  • Advising new customers through the development of an immersive learning strategy, and the adoption of the Bright platform

  • Building strong relationships with customers 

  • Helping write and build simulation content in the Platform for new customers

  • Guide customers in the design of AI + NLP business rules to support scalabel coaching experiences

  • Partnering with production partners in simulation content build 

  • Travel: Up to 20% depending on demand; would be for targeted visits during key customer milestones (not the Monday-Thursday consulting travel model!)


  • 5+ years experience managing customers (preferably in a B2B software company)

  • UX/Prototyping experience - our product is essentially a 'Figma-like' tool for building simulations, so this will accelerate your comfort

  • Basic understanding of how data drives algorithm model outputs - we'll train you on our tool, but again this experience will help you get up to speed much faster

  • In love with the ambiguity that a startup environment brings; while we have a plan, we welcome those can help shape the future as well

Compensation + Benefits:

  • $90,000 - $100,000 base salary

  • Commission based pay for sales activities, and equity grants through our Employee Stock Plan
