Simulation and AI/NLP Specialist

Over the last 2 years we've developed a really unique and powerful way for companies to train and invest in their people. As the company grows, we are doubling down on the power of AI-powered digital products to enhance upskilling. Beyond model development, most importantly this includes advising customers on how they can wield AI and LLMs for themselves. We are looking for early hires interested in joining a fast-growing software company. How You'll Spend Your Day:

Partnering with our Product Leader to shape Bright's AI product suite

Advising new customers through the development of an immersive learning strategy, and the adoption of the Bright platform

Building strong relationships with customers

Helping write and build simulation content in the Platform for new customers

Guide customers in the design of AI + NLP prompts and models to support scalable coaching experiences

Partnering with production partners in simulation content build

Travel: Up to 20% depending on demand; would be for targeted visits during key customer milestones (not the Monday-Thursday consulting travel model!)
Qualifications:

7-10 years experience managing or supporting an AI digital product (preferably in a B2B software company)

Some experience supporting LLM development or fine tuning

Basic understanding of how data drives algorithm model outputs - we'll train you on our tool, but again this experience will help you get up to speed much faster
